Our Story

Richardson & Wrench has been a trusted name in Auburn real estate for close to 30 years under the leadership of two generations of the Lazzaro family.

Tony Lazzaro opened the R&W Auburn office in the 90s, introducing auctions to Auburn, and playing a pivotal role in both commercial and residential sales and property management, including major land transactions.

His son Paul worked alongside him for his entire working life and now heads the agency, focused on providing the highest level of customer experience with a driven and trusted sales and property management team.

With extensive experience across all phases of the real estate cycle, R&W Auburn is able to offer expert advice to customers pondering whether to buy, sell, invest or divest, always with their best interests at heart.

Backed by the marketing and technology strength of the Richardson & Wrench network, the agency’s key advantage lies in the strength of its local networks and relationships, which have been built up over a three-decade long presence in the local area.
