Paul Lazzaro grew up immersed in the world of real estate. He’s been a professional real estate agent for close to 30 years but his education in the industry began when he was barely 10 years old, accompanying his father Tony to the office, distributing flyers, and soaking up the conversations of his crack team of sales people.

When he left school that early education was immediately put into practice and he quickly rose to be one of the most accomplished sales agents in the Richardson & Wrench network. Like many agents his apprenticeship began in the property management department, the ideal place to become grounded in the legislative requirements of real estate and develop negotiation skills managing both tenants and investor landlords. As a gun property manager Paul is renowned for breaking all records achieving 34 residential leases in a single month.

His deep knowledge of property, and intuitive communication and negotiation skills, have proven invaluable in property sales. Amongst the R&W network’s top 10 auction listers on multiple occasions Paul credits his local knowledge and networks for his on-going success.

After nearly 30 years in real estate he continues to be motivated by the thrill of negotiating a sale, seeing the contracts signed and both buyer and seller walking away satisfied with the result and the process.

A father of two, Paul’s two great loves are work and family but in his rare moments of downtime he enjoys boating on Sydney’s waterways with his wife and two children.
